Community

There are multiple opportunities and channels for members to connect with one another in AAOE to find support, receive advice, and develop as a professional executive.

Collaborate

Collaborate

Connection is the key to success. To foster support and shared knowledge, all AAOE members have automatic access to our online community for member-to-member communication, Collaborate. This platform runs on positive and inclusive discussions of various orthopaedic practice management topics.

Networking Calls

During these challenging times, it is more important than ever to connect with your AAOE peers. We are offering weekly networking calls to help you virtually connect with other members in your region, practice size, and setting.

Networking Calls

Networking calls are one hour via Zoom. Participants are encouraged to turn on audio and video to engage in an open discussion with your peers. These are not formal presentations, but rather an opportunity to discuss the issues impacting your practices. Each call is assigned a facilitator to help guide the conversation and keep it going.

Volunteer Opportunities

BECOME A VOLUNTEER

Volunteers come from all aspects of membership: long-time, brand new; lots of experience, just starting out; veterans, novices; outspoken, soft spoken; with vision, with a desire to help.

Micro-volunteer

Short on time? Not a problem! When you sign up as a micro-volunteer, you are alerted when new opportunities arise. That way you participate when it works best for your schedule!

committees & councils
