Addy M. Kujawa, CAE, DES
Chief Executive Officer
As the Chief Executive Officer of AAOE, Addy brings over 20 years of experience in executive leadership for professional associations and organizations. Her demonstrated expertise in transforming programs and teams with strategic business vision has influenced diverse teams, and sales strategies to realize growth. For AAOE, Addy drives the organization’s strategic planning, implements program goals, oversees projects, and leads as a visionary for initiatives aligned with AAOE’s mission and objectives. Addy frequently speaks at association industry events, presenting on a variety of topics that range from personal branding to strategic planning. As a volunteer, Addy currently serves on the Board of Directors for Foster Success and has supported the Indiana Society of Association Executives as a former member on the Chairing and Membership Selection Council.

Vicki Sprague
Chief Integration Officer
With a passion for helping organizations turn data into valuable information they can leverage for decision-making and quality improvement, Vicki Sprague has worked successfully with business leaders in a variety of settings. Since joining AAOE as the Chief Integration Officer in 2015, she facilitated improvements in AAOE’s annual benchmarking survey, managed the implementation of a data warehouse, and promoted operational improvements throughout the association. She earned her Doctorate in Social Psychology and has expertise in data analysis, research methods, organizational leadership, project management, and communicating results.
Vicki Sprague

Carol Klippel
Financial Director
With a wide range of financial experience including financial statement preparation, financial and management reporting, Carol currently serves AAOE as the Financial Director. Carol develops the financial operations of AAOE with her unique blend of accounting skills and business analysis to foster problem resolution and streamline processes with our members. Prior to joining AAOE, Carol built her expertise through compounding roles in operations and business analytics, developing her skills through experience in budget forecasting, overseeing financial analysis for multiple departments, and guiding sales planning. Carol has been a certified scuba diver for 40 years and looks forward to getting back to diving in the Caribbean soon.

Marie Grover
Director of Education and Meetings
Marie Grover currently serves AAOE as the Director of Education and Meetings. Her professional expertise in conference event management, strategic planning, and training development is enhancing our orthopaedic community’s Annual Conference planning and Education Curriculums. Prior to joining AAOE, Marie’s events and education experience have spanned more than 20 years, with work in Business to Business, Mental Health Membership Associations, and Non-Profit Agencies. Marie is married with two kids and three dogs. In her spare time, she enjoys being the enthusiastic softball mom, traveling and photography.

Melissa Longworth
Education Coordinator
Melissa Longworth has spent the first four years of her career providing top-shelf customer experiences to both internal and external stakeholders. Joining AAOE in early 2021, Melissa previously served as the Administrative Coordinator before growing into the role of Education Coordinator. She has been honored and awarded for leadership and training on multiple occasions. She also sits on the Board of Directors as a Member-at-Large for the White Family Foundation, which helps serve the Hancock, Indiana county and surrounding areas. She brings her talents in both leadership and project management to the foundation in support of the mission to provide financial assistance for projects and non-profits so they can fulfill their mission and goals. Melissa is married and enjoys spending time with her husband, and their four dogs. She enjoys riding horses, and the outdoors.

Ami Webb
Administrative Coordinator
As the Administrative Coordinator, Ami contributes her abundance of customer service experience, patients, and commitment to AAOE’s members. Before accepting her role at AAOE, Ami worked many years in the Veterinarian field providing knowledge and care to many clients. She most recently spent four years at an OBGYN office as a Patient Registration Specialist. After a positive career serving in the medical field, Ami decided to branch out into Administrative work for an association. Ami is the mother of two remarkable children and two eccentric dogs. She adores hiking and outdoor adventures with her Fiancé, a Marine Corps Veteran. When not on adventures she spends time with family, building dollhouses, attending comic conventions, baking, and reading.
